Please join my dear friend Melina Meza & I for an exciting collaboration of yoga and astrology in celebration of the release of my new book, Planetary Apothecary. Melina will lead an hour-long yoga class that focuses on asanas for each the 12 astrological signs. Before we begin with our asana practice, I will share with you a brief overview of how astrology can help you tailor your wellness regimen and support your optimal health.
