The key isn’t necessarily to act upon your realizations right now. Rather just let yourself have the freedom to creatively think outside of the box. See what you come up with. Consider even capturing your thoughts and insights in words, colors, shapes, music, or whatever means of communication best align with your personal palette.
Don’t feel pressured that they need to be usable or even realistic ideas that can be put into place immediately. Just let them come to you, sit with them over time, and then see which ones have the greatest potential to guide you toward a life most aligned with your essential self.
