Astrological Insights for 27 October 2009

As we near the end of October, many of us are experiencing seasonal shifts that impact our sense of wellness. We may feel that with the change of weather, we’re feeling more under the weather.

If this is the case for you, today’s an especially good day to use your skills of imagination and positive thinking to try to bolster your sense of vitality. Take a mini-break mid-afternoon, if possible, and do a wellness exercise. Either sitting in a chair or while going for a stroll, envision a shield of blue light around you and nurturing energy circulating through your body, helping to inspire your well-being.

Of course, you can do exercises like this at any time. The reason I’m suggesting it this afternoon is that with the Sun in regenerative Scorpio and the Moon in bioenergetically harmonic Aquarius conjunct tap-into-the-well-of-healing Neptune (at 12:11 pm PDT), it seems like an especially auspicious time to do so.

Thank you SOOOO much for the Insight, Stephanie. Have made a note to Self (talisman) which will truly help navigate todays energy. Knowing there is a well aspected time ahead to realign is a great motivation, any day.

Appreciate the reference to the term STROLL also. Brings to mind, “Work as if you don’t need money, Love like you’ve never been hurt, and Dance like no ones looking.” :-)

Choice of images (*curtsey to Alex*) is another source of inspiration. To me, it appears as a majestic Windmill ~ the same as what’s immediately outside our back door. Reliable indicator of Direction & Sensitive of the most gentle Shift of Energy.

    All in all, Namaste

Annie: I too love that quote!! Thanks for sharing your vision of the photo…I can see what you see and now have a greater appreciation for that image. (It was actually taken at Gaudi’s La Familia Sagrada magnificent church in Barcelona…itself a spectacle of inspiration). I hope you have a lovely day. Namaste, as always, Stephanie
