New Feature: Inspirations of Well-Being

I love writing about astrology through my daily Astrological Insights and monthly Wellness Horoscopes.

Recently I’ve been tapping into a strong desire to also write more about nutrition and wellness topics, areas about which I am very passionate. Upon reflecting on this, an idea emerged as to how I wanted to frame that which I would like to share.

What came forth was a feature I’m calling Inspirations of Well-Being, a round-up of 8 things that–as the name implies–inspired my sense of joy, wellness, and soulful abundance during the week. Why 8? There’s a sweet resonance in that number and I like the symmetry of it. And remembering the wisdom of Goldilocks–not too big, not too small, but just right–when I reflected on a variety of different numbers, 8 felt “just right.”

As you’ll see from the Inspirations of Well-Being lists (the first being here) I believe well-being to be comprehensive. It’s not just related to physical health but rather it’s the feeling of being vital, rewarded, and creative in a full spectrum of life arenas. Therefore, while some of the things I’ll include will be food, herbs, essential oils, and other holistic health suggestions, I will also include activities that left me feeling really engaged and fulfilled on a heart-centered level. My intention is that through this sharing, you may find new tools and/or perspectives that help you to catalyze and sustain your own personal well-being.

This feels like a wonderful, new creative adventure. And I’m very open to see where it goes, how it develops, how its expression evolves.

Yet, what I feel is integral to its expression is you. Therefore, I encourage you to share in the Comments section what’s been inspiring your well-being during the week. If you want to share 8, that’s great. If you just feel called to share 1 or 2, that’s equally as wonderful. By your sharing, we can all learn new tools from each other and serve to inspire each other’s well-being.

As you’ll see, the next feature on the blog today is the launch post of Inspirations of Well-Being. I hope this series serves to be of benefit to you.

I made contact with an dear old friend. We had lost
touch due to a misunderstanding and hurt feelings on
both sides. Reconciliation feels good. LOVE, connections
and forgiveness are inspiring my wellness.

Thanks for a great blog post and new feature!

I simply enjoyed reading this post, and it’s so inspiring.I love aromas(food, perfums, scented oils, etc). What inspires me this week is everything that bring me well-being through aromas. Not only the weather is horrbly rainy and humid where I live, but Mercury is also going retrograde soon. It’s on the shadow degrees, and I’m(like many other people) feeling its symptoms.I’m using oils with fresh scents in my diffuser, enjoying the smell and the beautiful green of herbs…just trying to cheer me up with these daily small pleasures, that for me can be a great joy!
Thank you for the inspiration Stephanie!
