In order to reach a wide spectrummed audience we have decided to offer a version of our Autumn Equinox: Yoga and Astrological Wellness workshop online. This is the first of what we hope will be many online classes that we will offer. Future classes may include more videos, podcasts, and other media where we co-present our teachings. Please join my dear friend Melina Meza & I for an exciting collaboration of yoga and astrology in celebration of the release of my new book, Planetary Apothecary. Melina will lead an hour-long yoga class that focuses on asanas for each the 12 astrological signs. Before we begin with our asana practice, I will share with you a brief overview of how astrology can help you tailor your wellness regimen and support your optimal health.
