Come join Melina Meza and Stephanie Gailing, with your friends and family, for an unforgettable Thanksgiving week of gratitude as we explore yoga, meditation, astrology, and wellness in sunny Mexico. Our destination, Harama Retreat Center, is nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra Madre mountains, perched above a pristine natural beach; with awe-inspiring scenery, it is the ultimate spot to rejuvenate and celebrate the holidays.
Melina will lead daily yoga and meditation classes. Morning sessions will include timeless Eastern philosophy and poetry to celebrate the flow-style classes. In the late afternoon classes, insights from the Yoga Sutras and Ayurvedic medicine will be shared during the Yin-inspired movement classes. Stephanie will share with you ways that you can use astrological insights to enhance your health and well-being. We’ll go through the zodiac and look at the personal health profiles associated with your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs as well as the foods, essential oils, flower essences, wellness therapies, and other self-care practices that can beneficial.

Included in your Gratitude and Wellness Retreat:
Accommodations, daily yoga classes, meditation, wellness lectures, group astrological wellness discussions, a one-half hour private astrological consultation, three meals a day, and the use of all facilities (alcoholic beverages, spa services and taxes not included).
The retreat will begin on the evening of 11/21/09 and end after breakfast on the 11/28/09. Haramara can be easily reached by ground transportation from Puerto Vallarta in 40 minutes.

Each cabaña has been carefully designed to subtly merge the internal and external environments while meeting strict ecological standards.
